1. Web Service for Transjogja

Part of my research to get a Master Degree on Gadjahmada University. As it mentioned, soon I’ll publish the web service of Transjogja, which is:

1. List of bus shelter, and the coordinates, both on KML and JSON
2. List of route, and the coordinates to create the polygon, both on KML and JSON
3. Possible best route to make a trip from one shelter to another shelter, both on KML and JSON
4. If someone could help me make the proposal to Transportation Department of Jogjakarta, it is not possible to create a “watcher” application to get the predicted arrival time based on position of buses.

2. Transjogja watcher

This application is used as a web client for the web services. I’ll provide more documentation soon. You could see the prototype here.

3. NguikMobileClient : Mobile Route Helper

Small application built on Java ME technology which act as client of the services of Transjogja. I must admit that I’m no expert on Java ME, so if there any bug or whatsoever, please drop it here and I try to find the source of the problem.

Once you download the application, move it to your mobile phone and install it. After that run “Download halte list” to fetch the halte list from the shelter. It has been tested on Sony Ericsson w810i. The active menu for now is only route helper since this service is not planted yet on the bus so no arrival prediction is provided.

I must warn you that I provide no guarantee or anything like that for this application. Use it at your own risk. For the time being I only provide route 2A, 3A, and 3B. The others will soon be updated.
